Nuh uh, what if the curtain rod breaks mid shower?

Youre calling me ignorant. Why. I went to a private school for 6+ years. It turned me away from that. I just couldnt get myself to think the same way as them. And Im glad I didnt. & you might go to a church that is calm with those subjects. The ones around me are not. I went to mass a month or so ago and they talked about abortion and gay rights literally half the time or more, asking everyone to take action against them.

You know what I hate? Ignorant statements like this. You have NO idea what local churches do and don't do. Just because they stand up for their beliefs, why do people have to force them to conform?

Were you aware that Edward Gibbon was anti-catholic. A bigot I guess you could say. I'm sure when he got to the later part of the Empire and the Catholic church he wasn't bias at all.

OT but remember that part in the movie Necessary Roughness when Kathy Ireland was the team's kicker and showered in the same locker room with them?
Yeah that was a good part.
I also liked the part where she kicked a kansas jayhawk football player in the nuts and he screamed like a little girl while rolling around in pain too. Because frick kansas and all.

Sorry, but I will never understand why people would hate someone or a group of people just because of text in a book. Especially one that is supposedly fictional. (not saying it is, or isnt, just facts.)I understand being religious, and having faith for the betterment of you and your family. But the church seems to care more about stopping gays and abortion rather than helping each other within the community.
It's not hate.
I don't HATE gay people, I just don't accept or promote their lifestyle. As a Christian all sins are the same, so I view gays on the same level as I would as example, an adulterer or a thief. I don't hate the adulterers or thieves as people, I just don't approve of their ways.
And if you think Church is all about gays and abortion, you must never go. Those things are rarely ever discussed at my church. I haven't heard my pastor discuss any of those things in months

You have to question why I expected logic and reason in the first place.

We need legislation to make all shower curtains in football locker rooms aluminum, plastic, or some other noncorrosive material.
No more anal tetanus from shower curtain domination in football locker rooms!!!

I can see it now, on road games one of the equipment guys is going to have to make sure Sam's shower curtain gets packed with the rest of his gear. Then when the bus pulls up, he unloads Sam's stuff and sets it up in his guest locker. Then runs his curtain and some duct tape into the shower and builds a make-shift private shower - just for the rookie who didn't even play that night.
Can you see it? 30 dudes in the shower at one time. Standing side by side talking and showering. Some are at those round shower deals that have 8 shower heads in a circle.
Then there's the rookie, Michael Sam, over in the corner behind a shower curtain tape the wall? Yeah, this is going to work great.

My church doesn't go protest abortion clinics and stand with signs that says "God hates gays." That is a very small vocal minority that the news loves to cover.

Do you realize there are other Christian denominations than Catholics?
There is more to the Christian faith than catholicism, but you and at times the media/hollywood fail to realize this...
