Coleman was a beast against FIU but otherwise couldn't get on the field much, and this was without Abdul Carter taking up a starting spot.

Also its not saying much for the conference if the teams cultures are so bad that the players and coaches "dont care" about winning or losing.

Meh...Penn State, OSU and Michigan all seat 100k plus, Nebraska 90k and Wisconsin and Sparty 80k. Also Oregon, Iowa and Washington are notoriously difficult road venues.
Big 10 has alot of cannon fodder but the SEC has plenty as well. Kentucky, Arkansas, MSU and SC are all horrible.

Iowa on the road and destroying Illinois both ranked opponents. Beating Penn State on the road, preseason #2 and despite their record have 5-6 guys that will be drafted in the first 2 rounds.

Top of Big 10 is better than the top of the SEC. The SEC is better in the middle, and Purdue, Maryland, Michigan State, Kentucky, Arkansas, and Moo State all suck.

Professional coaching searches dont play out like a soap opera. Penn State prefers to stay under the radar but they have conducted a couple dozen interviews. I wouldn't be surprised if they went the route of OSU, Michigan, Clemson etc and promote Terry Smith from within.
They wont be throwing around $100 million contracts just to buy them out in 4 years like a certain SEC school. They learned that lesson with franklin.
