I see why it's such a huge deal to a lot of people. I just don't think it should be. The majority of the citizens in the US are accepting of homosexuals.

From what I've heard it was about to be blown open by a news organization that he was. I can understand why he decided to come out on his on terms. I just don't think it should be as big of a deal as most people are making it out to be.
Happy for the guy, but if people ever want true equality, they have to stop going nuts anytime someone famous comes out.
