Won the last three. Won the last two at College Station. Has won 3 out of the last 4 at College Station.

It interests me how many folks in the national media think that the Aggies are going to be a force in the SEC immediately, and Missouri is going to get killed.

If Missouri is going to get killed, the Aggies sure as hell will get killed too

I'm not really sure why A&M is perceived as a good program. They really aren't that good. I guess having "Texas" in their name makes it seem that way.

IMO Mizzou is going to be a solid contender in the east. Especially after they beat UGA during Mark Richts patented drop a big game early routine. Also missing Bama and LSU helps

Ask an Aggie and they will say they are in the mix with Bama, LSU, and USC for a national title every year. Ask anyone else and they pick aTm 3rd in the Big 12 south. They brag at length about their endowment, huge enrollment, blah blah blah. Guess what, all that money doesn't buy wins and it doesn't buy national respect.

yea no shite. We spotted them 17 and agreed to start giving a shite at half time....we still won. Any team with a fricking pulse would have finished us off with ease at that point.

Agreed. I also don't understand why people think A&M has SO much more potential than Mizzou. A&M may have more resources nearby, but they have stiff competition in their own backyard whereas Mizzou sits as the lone relevant FBS program in a state of over 6 million.

Those folks must be from Dallas if that is what they think. The Ags are just now getting a football weight center. tSEC is about to rock their world

Has everything to do with coaching... Always does. Our last two coaches sucked. TAMU will always out recruit Mizzou therefore media thinks Ags have more POTENTIAL... And we do. TAMU also has better facilities and much larger donors... See potential. Doesn't matter unless you execute on that potential.

What coaching does with it remains to be seen.

With that said, the past means shite.

Mizzou has a MUCH better chance of competing for the East than A&M does for the West. If I were a UGA fan I'd be nervous about the opening game.

Just like yall wouldnt lose to Boise or USC last year.
Or USC the year before that.
Or Okie State the year before that.
Ill buy UGA hype when I see it. The only thing that Mark Richt has done of any significance since 2005 is win the east last year and that was because of the gift missing LSU bama and Arkie.

And before the last few years of horrible coaches, we were like 6-0 against Mizzou. So we're still above .500 against you guys, which judging by how bad most posters on the board think we are, means you should probably go kill yourself or something.

So true. But I think most of the excitement over the SEC move is the hope of a new beginning in a new conference, with some football dominance to finally match our academic dominance.
