It sucks, but it goes along with Mizzou's reputation: The School Of Hard Knox.

The process of the catch, yet I didn't see it hit the ground.

You know what they say, when in ROME.

I think it was a fine football play, but with how targeting has been called this year, it was a targeting penalty.

I thought you couldn’t leave your feet to hit the QB?

It doesn't have to hit the ground.

He didn’t control the ball until he was out of bounds.

they said he didn't complete the catch... when he got hit he bobbled the ball out of bounds. Thus it was no catch. doesn't matter about his feet.

Sorry to me that’s clean football. That is no more targeting than the block on Mack Wilson the other night.

I don't like the rule necessarily but it's pretty cut and dried. You don't lead with the top of your helmet. The first contact was with the helmet above his facemask. But whatevs I guess. The calling of targeting is pretty inconsistent.

Okay, I didn't see anything that made me think he didn't catch the ball.

Doesn't matter now, though.

Don’t care.
Hand the ball to Rountree until he crosses the goal line.

Yep. I wonder if the MO QB may need a concussion check.
