I'm not mad that you are right next to a ledge cause your coach is terrible. Don't jump man. It is just a game. Try going fishing or something to forget about how bad your coach is.

Too much to handle, apparently.

Questions about Matt Luke and Hugh Freeze are posed on here by other fan bases at least 2-3 times per week. It doesn't draw the same ire from Ole Miss fans that the simple questions asked in this OP have from State fans.

They must have had a rough weekend.

must suck to be apathetic towards your football team. You guys have more to be worried about like crime and loose mouthed donors. How many times are ya'll going to have to rename buildings because of crooks and racists?

Oh-look at you. No substantive response so you resort to name-calling and deflection. This thread has really got you upset.

Take a breather. Through your mouth, no doubt. Come back when your blood pressure is at acceptable levels. We don't want to lose you today. This week on the Rant is just getting started.

Yes and no. On one hand Mullen would have given our backs more than 12 carries, and we have anywhere near as many penalty issues.

On the other hand he had been trying to get out for a little while.

It was time for both parties to move on. We're in the thick of what are hopefully growing pains. Otherwise it'll be a long few years.

This I don't understand. Did Fitz check off on every play?

No doubt. There is always a learning curve with an entirely new staff.

I would gladly greet Freeze at the IPF with a truck load of whores and Bibles.

My answer to the question was NO we do not miss Dan Mullen. He was stale just like OM fans weak troll attempts. Good luck helping your leaders find their moral compass.

Look, I appreciate Mullen for what he accomplished at State. I have no ill will towards the man. But, I wouldn't want him back if he still going to mentally and emotionally check out of games like he did against South Alabama in 2016, and Arky and Ole Miss last year.

I agree with this. I think he had plateaued mentally and went looking up the skirt of every decent open coach's seat that walked past for 3-4 years.

UK was daring us to throw it and we couldn't. I think he was trying to stretch the field, but I don't see how you don't call a screen, or run right at Allen to get him thinking about the run.

It was a headscratcher for sure.

I think Joe gets better when his offensive personnel fits him as a play caller.

Compared to our current staff? Yeah, I do. If he'd drop the self-righteous act, then I'd welcome him back with open arms.

Yes. Having a running back good enough to average almost 5 yards per carry his rookie NFL season really helps out your offensive play calling.

I mean...UK beat both either way...

UK was 1 for 9 against Mullen

I don't miss Dan, but that performance by MSU Saturday was highly disturbing.

UK won the way MSU always wins that game: be more physical. Who cares if its predictable? MSU won that game 8 out of 9 years by pushing Kentucky around and making them like it. The only change in this years game was a new UK QB and a new MSU coach. The UK QB didn't have much to do with it, to put it nicely. The new MSU coach needs to get his head out of his arse
