If it is truly a “Clean Slate”, Minnesota easily has a top 6 resume in the country.

Felt like they should be above Utah at least

The committee only put Minnesota at 8 because they wanted to put Penn State at 9

The funny thing is I don’t even know why I’m knighting for Minnesota. Guess I just like the underdog story.

Seems like committee chair has worked this committee into a pac12 frenzy. They are working hard to make sure 4th spot is there for oregon.

Well if Oregon lost their first game in a close one and then went 12-0 I think I would agree with the committee they are probably the most deserving for the fourth spot.

But I’m rooting for Minny to beat Osu in the champ game and then we get

1. LSU
2. Minnesota
3. Clemson
4. OSU

Nothing about any of this shite makes sense. I feel like they know it’s going to change drastically by the end and just don’t care about the early rankings.

Minnesota controls their destiny. If they win out, but lose to tOSU in the CCG, their strength of schedule, and quality wins, puts them well ahead of any other 1 loss team in the country. It would not even be close.

Well I know one team in the top 5 that they have a better resume than.

They’d probably beat that team too.

I actually live in MN, but have no dog in the hunt. Neither boy goes there.

TBS, I do have a little bit of a problem with a B1G team that built a brand spanking new stadium just 10 years go, spent 300 mil on it, it only seats 50K, and they rarely packed it before this year.

Minnesota is just a weird place for football.
