Three other finalists include Iowa LB Josey Jewell, NC State DE Bradley Chubb, and Houston DT Ed Oliver.

Quit whining. He’s a great player but the way some of y’all seem to take this personally is demented. He will get his awards in time.

I'll be the first to say that Minkah is a great player and will probably be a great pro, but his season hasn't been incredibly dynamic in 2017.

Fitzpatrick was worthy of it last year. Smith... meh. Did I miss the story where his dad tried to kill him before going to prison or some shite?

Well, I mean if you averaged 12 games a year for 10 years in college football no less, you’d get the benefit of the doubt.

2 heisman winners as well.

Bitch.

Jeff Holland is invisible to these awards apparently.

I guess dominating in the SEC is meaningless.

Yeah, that totally makes sense for stats for THIS fricking year. The benefit of the doubt shouldn't come into play when it comes to individual awards, but too often it does just that.

Is this award given to the player carried off the field most in a game? If so, Fitzpatrick will win based upon his performance in the LSU game. Dude was injured every series
