Its been long known hes just been biding his time in Pittsburgh until an opportunity presented itself for him to resign his head coaching job in the NFL to take an assistant coaching job in Tuscaloosa, AL.
Reportedly he cant wait to beg 19 year olds to play for him on one year contracts until retirement.
