LSU is on record as saying that practice is a thing of the past.

Aren't they leaving Mike out in his habitat during gamedays now?

Can't you get him a girl friend though. He must be lonesome.

That big cat genuinely looks like a pleasant fella. I'd drink a beer with him.

If LSU had any balls at all they’d have a cage match midfield between mike and the opposing teams mascot. Against aTm he could take on the yell leaders. Worth the price of admissions

I have seen the tiger habitat. It is by far the most beautiful area in Baton Rouge. Mike is livin like a king.

Lazy cats get fat quick.

Not like he has a job like previous Mikes.

Worthless feline doesn't even ride to games.

LSU never forced the previous Mike to attend, if he didn't want to go, he didn't go.

I'm not sure if they did or just lured him in with food but LSU started doing pregame fire works when the team ran out and apparently he wasn't a fan so they quit trying. If the stories are correct the tigers previous to the last two they were forced. Sucks not seeing him in the stadium though. Mike VI and Mike VII have lived like kings.

This was taken from reddit earlier this week.

I do sort of wish he could have a companion though. I don't like seeing any living creature exclusive.

They aren't pack animals. They prefer to be alone.

He was 11 months old when he arrived on the LSU campus last August. He's still got a good bit of growing to do.
