I do sort of wish he could have a companion though.

One night my sophomore year at LSU, my mom called and said they found him passed away. He was on the deck of my boat. We went fishing all the time together, it was his favorite thing.
I told her I would drive home in the morning in bury him (4-1/2 hour drive).
I didn’t know what to do. I started to walk out of our house and just kept going. Didn’t wanna cry in front of my roommates. I bought a 6 pack of beer and walked to Mikes cage. He was up (nocturnal) running around and playing. I sat there looking at pictures of my dog on my phone and I looked up and Mike was about 15’ in front of me and was jumping back in forth like he wanted for play. Probably the beer or the tears in my eyes a but he looked so much like my dog.
Balled like a baby and drank beer with a tiger that night.

Seems fricked up to not have another tiger or some prey animals roaming around for him to interact with.
