What happens when Leach signs a deal for no buyout if he leaves then he turns around and pulls a Belichick to resign at his introduction to coach Arkansas?

If Leach was willing to come to the SEC, and Arkansas doesn’t get him, it’ll be a huge failure for the Hogs.
