It looks like the first aircraft transfers are indeed happening. Poland announced in the coming days they will send 4 MiG-29s and Slovakia has also pledged to send the 12 MiG-29AS they retired in August as well. Those particular models were upgraded in 2008 to be NATO compatible.

An incident occurred with a Reaper over the Black Sea. Officials are investigating if it was shot down.

Couple of other points I saw as well:
1. The local separatist militias and the Russian army in Georgia have been placed on alert. Don't think anything happens because the Russians can't afford opening another front but something to watch.
2. The first Danish Leo 1A5s will arrive in May.

The EU/NATO has said it will be difficult to join those organization for Georgia if they pass this law.

Germany is trying to work two deals with the Swiss regarding tanks.
First is buying back 96 Leopard 1A5s to refurbish and send to Ukraine. The second is buying back mothballed Leo 2s and sending them to NATO partners who have sent their current Leopard 2s to Ukraine to plug any gaps. If the Leo 1 deal happens Ukraine could have a fleet of 333 Leopard 1s from all that has been promised.

Do we even know what units are defending Bakhmut? I know the 93rd Mechanized Brigade was deployed there earlier but were rotated out. They are one of the few elite formations of the Ukrainian army and was one of the few that actually liberated territories early on.

Looks like the Ukrainians are withdrawing from Bakhmut. They are destroying bridges this morning.

Moldovan is Romanian. It was just the Soviets attempt to limit the influence of Romania after annexation so its really not that drastic of a change. Though it could be used in propaganda points that's about it.
