We need to move past the Kiffin thing - maybe he knows or maybe he just spoke inartfully, I think they pulled it precisely because they didn’t want people debating the language- which probably wasn’t workshopped and was just a natural response

We don't know how the question was asked and people are taking Lane's comment out of context. There's no way that Lane knows more than others. Trey Wallace even said as much so he pulled it.

If Lane wants to say it he will say it himself. Not rely on halfassed “journalists”. We hear rumors spread by all kinds of people. I think all decent people are praying for Coach! He is a treasure to have in this world.

Steve R just said no updates likely tonight. Waiting on family to arrive and meet with the doctors.
Also confirmed he is alive. Although I suppose that could mean different things.

that was my first thought. Dad was in a similar situation. He was kept alive until family could get there.
ETA family was coming from multiple states away.

Doesn't sound encouraging but praying for a miracle. I feel for these families who do get put in tough positions like this.

I thought the same thing. What strange language while staying vague. Disturbing details? Made me wonder if he did some sort of self harm. I realize he's been in poor health for a while, but that post made me wonder what the world.
