There's absolutely no way in hell Clemson will be in the Big 10

This is a new era about money branding and views, Clemson has two natties since the bcs, top 25 viewership with acc schedule(games against cuse, wf, bc, uva ie they aren’t being carried by other brands), the number 4 tv market in cfb. The big 10 wants in the southeast and is starved for brands, I wouldn’t say it’s likely but it’s definitely on the table. The big has even admitted a slight interest in clemson(have already vetted according to Kevin Warren former leader of big).

Well Georgia Tech tried that Independent thingy sixty plus years ago and they have regretted it ever since. They will never, ever be allowed back in the SEC.
Miami is an outlaw school i.e. Houston, Tulsa, Cincinnati, Memphis etc.
They will never be allowed in the SEC. Period.
Nobody likes Miami. They will do well to stay pat in the ACC. Otherwise they will be left out in the cold…pun intended.

Notre Dame is the only University that can command Independent status as they have a National following and while some don’t like it, they will always been in the mix.

At this point, I'd gladly trade the SEC for the ACC. They can have our spot. Let them enjoy all you backstabbing, traitorous motherfrickers over here. I no longer have any love for any of my SEC brethren. You're all a bunch of snakes.

If the SEC isn't going to boot us out, my sincere hope is that we leave willingly. And I mean that. LSU is souring on any future in this conference.

And, Miss St is an afterthought. You better hope us SEC money schools don't move on what's obvious, you are deadweight and we don't need you.

That is such a dead issue. State is not an afterthought and we are certainly not deadweight. We actually more than hold our own in the SEC. Plus this discussion was about Miami and I simply related a similar example to what happened to GT when they chose to go Independent.

So I am not quite sure why you chose to demean State here.
