All SEC teams that could claim championships have. Auburn is no different. We at least have the seasons to back it up. 12 undefeated seasons. 9 time nation champion.

No media bias in the good old “eye test”. How many times during the Saban era did they reach the title game by back dooring into the game by the ESPN “eye test” calculation?
All titles are mythical and beauty pageant even in this playoff format. Only way to have a true champion is to define what it takes to get into the title game that is equal to all teams not some persons opinion of who should be in. Doesn’t matter if someone “thinks” Boston College is better than Boise State. I’m sure Bama thought they were better than Vandy last season the result on the field says differently.
Auburn just claiming what was rightfully earned.
