MM jealousy. Says more about the board than MM.

I like MM but he seems to be a distraction on the sidelines...at the very least, he shouldn't be interacting with players during a game.

I appreciate your concern, I'm sure Sark will take this into account for future games.

I like him merely because he was Jake Brigance in Time to Kill, duh

I bet he hated Ashley Judd, or at least does now

How long has MM been hanging on the sidelines and interacting with players during games?

“ speaks!” I’ve read the post twice and I don’t see what he says. What did he speak?

He's ghey as frick also. He's been on the down low for years.

He was arrested years ago, naked with another known ghey man in an apartment slum, all whacked out on something, playing bongos.

Green lights (his book) is fun to listen to. He is the narrator and brings it to life. It’s mostly funny, but there’s actually a few good life lesson nuggets in there.

Agreed on this . . ."Pretty grounded regular dudes" don't feel the need for constant spotlight hogging.

Daniel Day Lewis would put on a titanic performance, win an Oscar, and then retreat back to his Irish farm and avoid the press for years.

He was never hocking Lincolns or popping up in Dick's sporting goods signs are rushing to sidelines of every college football game and jumping in front of the mike.

Again, no problem with the guy but his fanboyz trying to insist he is Joe Sixpack are more than a little amusing.

B-Grade

I'd agree with typecast to an extent but B-Grade?

He's the lead in most of the things he does and it's usually a big production, or an independent critically acclaimed.

If he's in a supporting role, it's usually for someone like Scorsese. And it's usually a role that you remember if you've seen the movie.

He has an Oscar for best actor.

He's not B grade.

Definitely not anymore . . . but more than half of his career was spent filming EdTV, The Wedding Planner. Reign of Fire, How to Lose a Guy in 10 Days, Sahara, Fools Gold, Failure to Launch, etc. Hence my statement of "65% of the time doing type-cast, B-Grade boy toy roles."

But then he pivoted big time with Dallas Buyers Club and True Detective and was firmly launched into A-Lister status. The Dark Tower was his only crap role since then.
