Our win over Ohio st was certainly NOT tainted, but our stomping of TCU in a week will be. It will be tainted because it will always be pointed out that we ended up playing an unworthy Big 12 team (not there IS a worthy team in that conference) that couldn't even win it's own conference and lost to the Big 12 champs who ended up with 4 losses and just got bull-whipped by a Bama team, who didn't even win their own division. I suppose some would call a win over a team like that as tainted.

Fleming is an average receiver at best.
The fact is UGA has got incredible lucky with opposing receivers going down in playoff/championship games.

I bet if an OSU player hit a UGA player like Bullard did (hitting a defenseless player in neck/head area) dawgs would be whining

Hate to make you look like a butthurt idiot but here goes
Ladd Mckonkey - Top receiver - hobbled in the game
Warren Mclendon - starting tackle - injured
Nolan Smith - returning linebacker - been out most of the year
AD Mitchell - expected number one receiver - just played his 2nd game of the year
Robert Beal - OLB - out during the game
Chaz Chambliss - OLB - out during the game
Darnell Washington - TightEnd and not a back up as you tried to insinuate - injured during the game
Dan Jackson - starting safety - out
Build better depth or hold your coaches accountable. This isn’t baseball where there’s a good chance your lineup plays the entire year.

Oh settle down pretty boy, I’m just poking the GA fans who claim to never make excuses but have made several threads about all their injuries and how bad the refs were!

Harrison was carving up UGA’s secondary. If he doesn’t get injured, OSU wins by 2 scores.

Was a clean hit. Stroud should not have left his WR out to dry like that. Guess OSU forgot that they weren’t playing Purdue or Rutgers, but a team with players that actually play physical football.
Also, I’m not arguing that Harrison going out was not significant — but let’s not pretend that OSU doesn’t have other high-level skill players. They recruit WRs as good as just about anyone in the country. Not like the guys on the field were scrubs. UGA had some significant injuries too, e.g. Darnell Washington and a couple of our OLBs.
Bottom line is OSU got tight and UGA did not give up in the game.

Is that so ???
Weird
He didn’t have a catch after 10minutes left to go in the 2nd quarter until he got injured late into the third quarter. That’s a quarter and a half of nothing so surely you aren’t speculating that this lone injury was OSUs demise and not the sheer lack of defense in the 4th quarter.

Original call of targeting should have been confirmed by replay officials:
Launch — a player leaving his feet to attack an opponent by an upward and forward thrust of the body to make forcible contact in the head or neck area
A crouch followed by an upward and forward thrust to attack with forcible contact at the head or neck area, even though one or both feet are still on the ground
Leading with helmet, shoulder, forearm, fist, hand or elbow to attack with forcible contact at the head or neck area
Lowering the head before attacking by initiating forcible contact with the crown of the helmet

Ain't got time for all that.
He'll come to his own realizations.
We can only hope he'll be okay. Power is within him.
