Will he coach again or has he officially hung it up?

He has serious health issues. Doubt if he will ever coach again.

Yea. I just turned it on and he did not look great. I was wondering if he was sick.

Damn. Well, I hope it all settles down for him. I had not really followed his career after he left Miami and was just curious what was going on. Poor guy.

Just watched him on CFB Live and he seemed really slow. Hate it for him. Good man.

He's done with coaching; however, he's still active in his church and ministry.

Was shocked to see how bad he looked. Had no clue about the Parkinson's diagnosis. That is rough as he seems like a genuinely nice guy (probably too nice for the coaching profession).

In an interview his dr said the stresses from being a HC and not taking care of his body contributed to the onset of the disease. That’s terrible

He's got Parkinson's, so he's done coaching.

Damn, hadn't heard that. Guy can't catch a break. Always struck me as a very nice guy and a true gentleman. Sure wish him the best.

He has already suffered a heart attack and is suffering from Parkinson's disease. His days of coaching are over.

I’ve seen him mic’d up in summer camp on sec network when he was at Georgia and they had to bleep him a couple times. Also showed him breaking up a fight between two players and he was not very nice about it. Too nice wasn’t his problem but he stopped caring toward the end.

FYI - Mark Richt’s sister is the mother of Max Johnson, the LSU starting QB. Prayers for Uncle Mark.
