That SECCG game and bowl loss are data enough for anyone not dressed out in orange. Poor AU! Somehow they got suckered into giving a bad coach another $ 49 million dollars and a long term contract. They gonna have to learn to love him - warts and all

You’re wrong. A 1 loss regular season Auburn would not have gotten jumped by Alabama with the loss to Georgia in the SEC title.

Auburn had already lost to Clemson.

There was no path to the CFP that didn't include them winning the SECCG.

The only two loss national champ in the BCS/CFP era won the SECCG.

It was quite the gauntlet Auburn had to run through. They shouldn't be ashamed. Well, losing to the team that Troy beat perhaps. Maybe that was a tad shameful.

We will fire him when we need to, paying a buyout is nothing to us. You learned to love your wife despite vaginal warts

Losing would have been one thing. Y'all got manhandled. I'm surprised Stedman wasn't pregnant after the pounding he took from the LSU D.

Alabama would have jumped Auburn having 1 loss for the season. Supposing Auburn did win the LSU game and entered the SEC title game with a loss then they lose to Georgia and are out with 2nd loss. Now if Auburn entered the title game with zero loses then maybe another story.

You are acting a fool claiming Auburn is a power house team, last year your record was 10-4

Congrats for beating Georgia and Bama in the regular season but it was proven in the end that Alabama was the best team in college football last year

Wait. you think you would have still gone to the NC game after getting beat by Clemson and getting trucked by Georgia in the SECCG?

Dude.

More like a slow burn team that became really good and then got shitty for one week and didn't care after that

Well, your coach disagreed.

“We’re very excited about playing in the Chick-fil-A Peach Bowl against a very good Central Florida team," Malzahn said. "They have a very dynamic offense and are the only undefeated team in FBS, so it will be a great challenge for our program. We look forward to spending time in Atlanta, where we have a tremendous fan base and playing again in the Mercedes-Benz Stadium.”
