SEC bar has been set E X T R E M E L Y low with respect to discipline by another team in the West.

Sufficient punishment for this should be 1 hour of no TV.

He will be good to go.

Now is not the time to chest beat about pack of punishment for gun crimes.

With that being said, was his crime simply being under 21 in possession of a pistol?

No, he was initially charged with unauthorized possession (no permit). The charge was dropped in exchange for surrendering the gun.

I think is just a misdemeanor pretty much everywhere.

Concealed carry without permit, misdemeanor, they dropped the charge in exchange for the gun, wasn't really a big deal.

Probably just a Hi-Point anyway. He'll work an hour at whatever no-show NIL job he's got, and buy another one off the street before the start of the weekend. It's all good in the hood.

He didn’t shoot anyone or bring the gun for someone to use in a murder. Sorry for the Second Amendment, Joe Biden.

So miller should be good since he surrendered the gun to the killer,

Ironically, Miller could have been charged with unauthorized possession of a firearm just for having it in his vehicle. EDIT: Had Miller been in Louisiana.

Sure, sure.

It was clearly only meant as a piece of decorative flair for his Mardi Gras costume.

Not in Alabama. They’re a constitutional carry state

Thanks for the correction. In Louisiana he could be. Ironic that the Gumps want to lynch Nabers for doing something not even illegal in Alabama.

You think people only carry guns to use in commission of a crime? You senile Democrat, many people carry a firearm for self-defense.

this would actually be singular "thug". plural "thugs" would be used if a team had 9 players arrested in a 13.5 month timespan.
