Which west team didn't discipline a player that has been arrested?

He didn’t shoot anyone or bring the gun for someone to use in a murder. Sorry for the Second Amendment, Joe Biden.

So what you're saying is that neither this dude nor Brandon Miller has broken any legal laws.

You are saying that, aren't you?

Ironically, Miller could have been charged with unauthorized possession of a firearm just for having it in his vehicle.

Confidently incorrect

Thanks for the correction. In Louisiana he could be. Ironic that the Gumps want to lynch Nabers for doing something not even illegal in Alabama.

No irony, the point is our guys are good and your guys are bad. Same as always. hth.

Don't know who they are. I didn't see any threads on the 1st or 2nd page started by Alabama fans that were about Nabers. May have missed them.

Carrying protection in a crime rampant Democratic run city certainly shouldn’t be a crime.

Go back to when Nabers was arrested.

Here’s one thread: Anti-Barner thread

You think people only carry guns to use in commission of a crime?

Of course not.

But that has nothing to do with this case because he committed a crime, and you know the assistant DA that dropped his charge is in a political shite storm because of it and the other cases like this.

That is incorrect. Only one of the two has committed a crime and it wasn’t Miller.

The crime he committed was carrying it. You implied that he was intending to use the gun to commit another crime, which no one other than you has even suggested. It’s your Biden politics, you think the only reason to carry a gun is to use it to commit a crime.

I think a lot of that may be tongue-in-cheek, but maybe not.

Brandon Miller was carrying a gun. You seem confused.

No, he was initially charged with unauthorized possession (no permit). The charge was dropped in exchange for surrendering the gun.

Alabama no longer requires a permit for concealed carry. I believe lots of other states have adopted that as well.

Yeah, he was carrying a gun in his waste band without a permit in the French Quarter on Lundi Gras

Usually people who are illegally carrying a gun have nothing but good intentions
