Good heavens the hook echo on the storm about to hit West Liberty, KY is insane!!

Pictures of the radar signature of this storm on Page 58. As about as textbook a hook echo of a violent tornado as you will ever see.

Nashville's okay. Lots of hail but not as bad as feared.


It was funny watching the news. A reporter was downtown looking like he was about to get blown away in the howling winds and pouring rain and golf ball sized hail. People were running all over the place but you could still hear the band playing at Tootsie's right behind him.

Got to mark off 'have a shitty beer at the tootsie's bar' off my bucket list last year after the Garth concert... Place is a dive.. But legendary nonetheless

Someone should make a check in thread for SEC Ranters. Alot are in the Tenn Valley area.

al.com said Madison and Limestone Counties had 190 residences with damage from this morning.
