Ink was still wet on the contract. Some people were upset about it at first, but since no money had changed hands yet, it was decided no harm no foul, and the guy was allowed to go on his own way.

I wouldn't care if the whole line left and we refilled from the portal because I doubt they'd be nearly as bad as that line was.
