Here’s my list just off the top of my head that LSU will cite in their suit to show collusion, bias, unfair trade practices etc. by the SEC office and its other members.
Feel free to add others.
1) Auburn hiring Bruce Pearl after his past illegality- they want to claim Wade’s rehiring shows a “lack of of institutional control”? Lol. Ok. What about Aubie hiring Pearl?
2) Alabama facing no repercussions with playing pro Bediako
3) Ole Miss judge shopping to get its Qb a 6th year - SEC remains quiet
4) the other SEC football programs playing players on similar TROs with no threat of punishment by the SEC office

I’ve seen speculation that LSU’s lack of a countersuit is evidence this is all a ruse for the SEC to get the power they desire and LSU is just going along with it.
Would be interesting, because I’m ready for LSU to go on the offensive.

The rest of the SEC is stupid, if they think they're going to get away with this just because they're scared to play us. I can't wait. The arse-kicking on the field and in the courtroom will be unbelievable.
Charles Bediako is the former professional player who briefly rejoined the Alabama Crimson Tide men's basketball team.
?After playing for Alabama from 2021 to 2023, Bediako went undrafted in the 2023 NBA Draft and signed a two-way contract with the San Antonio Spurs, playing in the NBA G League for the Austin Spurs, Grand Rapids Gold, and Motor City Cruise.
?In January 2026, Bediako filed a lawsuit against the NCAA to regain college eligibility and was granted a temporary restraining order (TRO), allowing him to rejoin Alabama's active roster. However, the TRO expired in February 2026, and he was denied a motion to finish the NCAA season, leading him to resume his professional career.

This wouldn't be surprising. In the end I think it works out well for everyone really.

None of this is proof of collusion. Do you think Alabama & Auburn are colluding together

Membership in the SEC is voluntary. But membership can be revoked for any reason - or no reason - if the other members vote to expel.
You guys loved the frick around phase. You seem to not be enjoying the find out phase.

It’s sad that the off season is over and we aren’t talking football

This is not the way court cases work. Courts don't accept whataboutisms.

Except there is a huge tv contract that LSU owns part of. So this voluntary organization brings in millions in revenue to all member institutions.
Contrary to popular belief that law doesn’t just allow you to vote out for no reason when there are contracts and long term deals in place

It’s funny if this is true, because that means LSU is helping strengthen the SEC while everyone else is running around screaming fire.
