The lack of a counterclaim (and probably third party demands) doesn’t mean anything. The suit just got filed last week. LSU probably hasn’t been served yet. It will have 21 days to file responsive pleadings (motion to dismiss, answer, counterclaim, etc.). Point being- it’s not on the cloak yet. But, responsive pleadings are definitely being drafted as we speak.

The only reason chamblis skated on all this is because of ferpa and his medical rights

LSU has not actually FAed yet. Alabama actually did FA last year and they faced zero FO.
