Yeah, if I were him I'd definitely take your advice and start a new account.
He seems like a nice fella. Hopefully he knows most of us are just shooting the shite here.

Ptins944:
At least 3 guys came out were due to ankle issues, Lawrence, Logan and Chaisson. Perhaps due to the fact that LSU does not play on Field turf very often as most SEC stadiums we play yearly are natural grass (Auburn, Bama, MS State, Arkansas, Florida and Texas A&M) all have natural grass. OF course LSU has natural grass. The only team LSU plays annually that we play that has field turf is Ole Miss. Please note I am not complaining about the quality of UT's field turf, I am sure it is top notch but LSU guys could have had some ankle twists. Fulton our CB also had a ankle twist when his foot got caught up in the turf. So that is 4 guys that went out with ankle twists. Delpit went out with Hydration issues, but do you think LSU would not want him on the field, he is projected as an NFL first rounder on every mock draft.
So other than that, I am trying to remember who else went out, I think Shelvin went out for hydration, and maybe 2 other guys but most of the LSU issues were ankle sprains. At least 3, Lawrence, Logan and Chaisson are not going to play this week.
And for the record, Texas has a hell of team. You all are ready to compete with anyone in the country now. You beat OU and UGA last year and lost a tough game to LSU. All 3 of those programs are top 10 top teams. Texas is going to be player for college football playoffs with Herman.

You maybe correct on all the pumps were working and blower running but do you know for a fact the valve actuator was working? Was the controller talking to the BAS system to tell it to open the cooling valve. See the thing is I know my shite with these systems and the fail safe is when the system shuts down or has a problem the steam or heating water valve opens. I'm sure the control system that is there has an alarm log. Go check that and snap a picture of it from that day better yet see if the SAT(supply air temp) has a trend set up and send us that to see what it was putting out on Saturday evening
Based on his comments, that old man is probably still specing pneumatics.

So basically you are saying that a locker room cannot be used as it is intended because the mechanical system is insufficient. Do tell me how this is acceptable? The firm I work for has made plenty of locker rooms, including high school locker rooms, that have mechanical systems that can handle over a hundred hot bodies without becoming unpleasantly hot. Design mechanical systems for how the space is used and its occupancy— no excuses.
I’m betting he didn’t expect this level of kneecapping from other engineers, architects and BAS experts.

Not to fan the conspiracy flames, as I just want this to go away, we won....
But, most modern BAS have the ability, from their front end, to lock out any input from remote tstats/sensors. The person adjusting the locker room sensor might think they are turning the temp down lower but in reality nothing is happening.

Calling what was on the field at Texas stadium turf is a stretch...That field is in terrible condition! Maybe a new field is part of the construction project.
As to the air conditioning in the locker room, it could be it ‘works’ but not adequately on a
day when it is as hot as hell. Coach O said he didn’t think it caused the problems with players.
FAKING INURIES AND CONDITIONING
A previous poster stated LSU plays almost exclusively on grass at home and in the SEC. A turf field can reach temps of 130+ degrees in temps like Saturday’s. Add this to the new uptempo offense and LSU D being on the field so much longer, the staff doesn’t appear to have planned appropriately for a new and different game situation.
T Herman has been playing in this style offense for years and on artificial turf.
