It really makes me wonder if they are this stupid, they cling to this number when everyone knows and it’s been well published that they only get to keep between seven and $8 million per year of this money. It’s also backloaded where they’re going to have to pay ESPN a bunch of money in the end out of the final years to cover more studio expenses.

It doesn’t take a special system to cool a space. Tiger stadium has the same CHW system and AHUs/BCUs for cooling. Hell the campus power plant is adjacent and there is a 24” CHW line going down power house lane
But it doesn’t take much to mess with the temps. The BAS can limit space temp and override the stats. Can also set the space in unoccupied mode where both temps are raised and airflow and set to minimum CFM positions
