Not true. LSU had their sights set on the man they got.

Not this one. Been saying Jimbo turned us down at least twice and it wouldn't surprise me if it was more than that.

I think Jimbo turned LSU down multiple times but it wasn’t for that much money. He would have said yes to 13 million if we weren’t willing to match.

Damn, so Jimbo, Riley, and Napier all turned LSU down. They had to settle for a poor mans Jimbo in Brian Kelly. YIKES.

This is such an odd thing to type. A lot of LSU fans who are not alums have been to Tiger Stadium. Does it seem that exclusive to you? Are you not able to afford tickets to games? Pick the right game (like a crappy ULM type game) and even you can get in for nothing.

Jumbo’s face when LSU scored, driving the dagger into their hearts, said it all. It’s the small things, really.

Just because you spend money like a drunken sailor doesn’t mean you don’t have a 25% leased V6 Camaro at home.

Spend today to eat ramen and Vienna sausages the rest of the month.

But you look good right?

What's wrong with ramen? I lived off of that and other cheap food in undergrad.

Thank goodness he turned it down. Kelly is a much better coach.
