LSU's 50th ranked pass defense gave up a whopping 92 yards, 0 TDs and 3 INTs through the air to A&M.

Clemson's impenetrable defense? 236 yards, 1 TD, and 1 INT.

236 yards..........to Kellen Mond.....

Wild stat

-1,104 of LSU's 3,107 passing yards allowed this season came when they were leading by 20+ points

-So, 79 of their 222 passing yards per game allowed came when they were up by 20+.

Looks like Trevor is gonna have a field day if LSU jumps out to a 28-7 lead. Buckle up!

I love these statements, cracks me up. Let’s compair Clemson’s record to LSU’s record in this century, to be fair, and see who is the Johnny-come-lately program.

You’re right LSU is the only team that gets better as the season goes on. A&M called timeout with 6 seconds to score on our third team.
You are missing the point. Both of us holding A&M's offense to nothing wasn't the point.

They gave up 236 yards to Mond?! Damn. Burrow may actually get to break 100 yards. No one is outdoing the best QB in the SEC, though.

Weird... It’s almost like there’s a correlation between one team building a huge lead and the other team abandoning the run.

What’s next? Are you going to tell me that the team with the lead will start playing two-deep and giving up underneath throws to try and keep the play in front of them?

I’m not sure if this constitutes lies or witchcraft, but I sir take exception to you deceiving people with such misleading numbers.

LSU should think twice about jumping out to those 20+ point leads.

Everyone knows empty-per-game-pass-defense-stats-without-much-context wins championships!

Clemson and Ohio state both had big leads early but their pass defense didn’t suffer. I guess it just means more in the SEC.

Lack of pass rush earlier in the season before we got healthy.

You better leave the women and children at home because what Clemson is going to do to LSU will be criminal

Plus, the Clemson pass defense allows more yards per game against currently ranked AP opponents than Rice, Marshall, and New Mexico State. Not good.

LSU scored twice as many points on a common opponent than Clemson.

Our offense is literally twice as good as Clemson's.

Every team has been playing from behind by multiple scores and the backups play most 4th quarters.
