This will never hold. There are so many factors that wouldn’t be able to pass with current established laws. I think it’s more of telling the NCAA to actually get a grip and the government saying ‘they tried’.

Trump's EO doesn't mean a thing. He can't regulate college sports.
Nothing will fix the current situation and until there is legislation to grant antitrust exemption to college sports and a collective bargaining agreement.
The courts are going to consistently side with players on transfers and compensation.

Look, you're a 10rC fan so failure is just a thing for you. I mean, 1998 was a long time ago and while yep, BK failed, I would exactly call JH a huge success because the only thing that matters is championships. How many does JH have??
