A Category 4/5 storm is barreling down on the coast of Florida and you think Gainesville will be ready by Sunday or Monday?

You are more delusional than I thought.

There's precedent for moving games to visitor team's venue in disasters.

Florida has been pushing back for days now.

Get real. Florida didn't want to play the game period. The location of the game was irrelevant to them.

Such as? And don't give me Baton Rouge. What other stadiums in Florida could have been utilized on such short notice?

We're not the ones who pussied out of a game just to cheat the system to get to Atlanta.

Legion Field?

This hurricane has been tracking since last week. Everyone in Louisiana was aware of it, I'm certain they were in Florida as well.

No stupid, LSU was willing to pay elsewhere in Florida and a neutral site but Florida refused.

LSU Offered to host and they declined that too.

I don't think there was any chance of a Saturday game in BR. That much is clear from the release, they didn't want to leave the state with the uncertainty going on right now.

As for Sunday or Monday in Tiger Stadium, don't know other than maybe they couldn't commit without knowing how bad it is going to be.
