Here's the breakdown of the "top 10" teams LSU has played...
Miami (5-2) wins against Savannah State, Toledo, Florida International, UNC, FSU
Auburn (4-3) wins against Wash, Alabama State, Ark, Southern Miss
Georgia (6-1) wins against Austin Peay, South Carolina, MTSU, Missouri, TN, Vandy
None of those Tiger wins look particularly impressive seeing who those teams have beaten.
The rest of LSU's schedule, outside of those "big wins" is as follows, up till now...
Southeastern Louisiana
Louisiana Tech
Ole Miss
UF (loss)

Beating UGA is legit. Even with flaws, they are immensely talented and made it to the playoff finals last year.
Miami and AU are mediocre. Never deserving of sniffing the Top 25 but got in on perception. Someone forgot to look at how both teams finished last season.
