It’s much more attractive than A&M. Y’all just paid a crazy amount of money to a guy who’s school wanted to get rid of him anyway for poor performance. At least our excuse is we never really tried, cause our AD sucks.

I don't think you ever hear anyone say they had a great time going to Alabama. People forget you're even a state sometimes. Kill yourself please

LSU could not go get dabo or urban Meyer for example. The few times they pulled a guy from a "power college" He usually couldn't get out fast enough.

Are Alabama fans so fricking dumb that they don’t even know the history of their own Head coach?

I seem to remember LSU pulling a coach that went 10-2 at Michigan State in 1999.

To a lessor extent, but not that shabby, I also seem to recall LSU pulling a coach that was pretty successful at Oklahoma State in 2004.

But..... keep telling us how LSU can’t pull successful coaches from P5 schools.

Certainly not as fast as Mike Price...

I've lived in both Alabama and Louisiana. The Texas guy can hate on Louisiana. However, Alabama is far worse than Louisiana.

There were truckloads full of really sour grapes too with Chavis, I noticed. Quite a lot of them already with Jimbo.

Most were happy with his replacement and he sucked there. As will Fisher. It’s a&m.

Not sure why a&m is going the exact same route of talking trash at LSU and trying to throw it in our faces..

Let it play out. Congrats on getting your target again though..

Pretty much this. Sucks but at least we still own a&m.

Moves over the last couple of years demonstrate that when LSU lines up a target, they just can't finish for the win. To wit:

Lost Chavis. There was plenty of denials that it could ever happen followed by much gnashing of teeth.

They targeted Jimbo for two years. They flirted, woo'd, and when the chips were on the table, their AD shut it down because he had to negotiate and Jimbo had the gall to press for gain.

I may be wrong but they missed on Herman.

Now, some of the above aren't terrible losses, but the are losses in the moment of when the action was taken without the benefit of hindsight.

LSU puts their best institutional foot forward and they are turned down by their targets.

LSU, the jilted bride of the SEC West.

Don't care. We still win more games than Aggy.

Well you've got all of your major cities covered (Houston, Dallas, San Antonio, and Austin) and still no Baton Rouge mentioned when it comes to crime as of this mid-year 2017 report.

The bama dude that posted the pic of the aggays is right. That is all. Everyone outside of your weird little bubble looks at you like you have 3 heads. It's mind boggling the number of oddities that can stem from one place.

As for bama vs LA in terms of worst state, it's a close race. I've left LA twice on purpose. I try to hold my breath when I have to drive through bama. Each has maybe 1.5 places people go to on purpose, but only for short periods and not without regrets. The tiebreaker is food and LA has that by a mile.

And A&M has beaten LSU 7 years and a row. Dumb gonna be dumb. You just hired another coach that we didn't want. Congratulations! Yip pee! Time will tell and Sh-t will smell. 75 million for a coach that just had a losing team. Brilliant move.

Nope. They have to beat us before that will even be considered. They join Ole Miss, Arkansas and Tulane on the list of wanna-be rivals.

Know a lot of people from Louisiana. My boss and his wife went to LSU, and he's one of the best dudes I've ever met in my life.

Louisiana has outstanding food, great fishing, nice folks, and lots of tradition. Never had a problem with people from there. Get along with 'em just fine.
