LSU has outgained opponents by +887 yards, Ole Miss +117 yards. Why LSU wins

That stat really surmises every point as to why I think LSU will win Saturday by 10 or more.
LSU: +500 yards on Clemson, +387 yards on La Tech
Ole Miss: +20 yards on Louisville, +97 yards on Charlotte
I don't think playing Charlotte and Louisville is in combo more difficult than Clemson and La Tech. I think home field in this instance is worth at least 7 points, but I think LSU is better than 7 points to Ole Miss on a neutral field.
Hot take: everyone agrees LSU defense is a lot better than Ole Miss D, but as far as the ability to drive the ball down the field, imo LSU has shown they are better at offense. 640 yards and 530 yards verse 2 teams who let up 7 points or less in their other game.
Ole Miss had 488 yards on offense vs Lou and 420 yards vs Charlotte. LSU's issues were turnovers. Leavitt had 6 INTs in 350 passing attempts year 1 and 3 INTs on 239 passing attempts in year 2. I think this may be an anomaly to start out the season, hope I'm not wrong.

Clemson has one of the worst offenses in college football and Louisiana Tech is halfway decent but still pretty poor. It’s hard to know just how good LSU’s defense really is at this point

Charlotte went 1-11 last year, lowest record in FBS of 136 teams. That's pretty difficult to do. To finish 136th of 136.
La Tech went 8-5 last year, and look better this year.
Louisville played Villanova, FCS, who lost to William & Mary.
Clemson at least held an FBS team to 7 points. Their offense sucks.
Hence, why I said in combination, I don't think Ole Miss 2 games in tandem are any more dificult than LSU's 2 games when looking at a yardage outgained delta.

Ole Miss’ D is allowing 6.2 yards per play so far this year…against Louisville and fricking Charlotte.

Sam tried to gamble a little against an inferior opponent, this last game. One of those interceptions was a possible pass interference, too. I don't think he will be taking those chances against a formidable opponent, as much as these cucks are praying he does. He is, however, going to make some of them look dumb as shite, both fans and players, when he jukes these baws out of their shoes.

Of the opponents involved here though, Louisville is probably the best one. Clemson barely had anything for Georgia Southern

You can’t ignore those stats and deep down that’s why we’re favored to win on the road in the SEC. Against the top 10 team. Which is no easy feat. That said Chambliss could pull a rabbit out of his hat and win the game. You just never know. It should be a lot of fun.

True. You are attempting to extrapolate data from meaningless samples. I could just as easily say Georgia will hang 60 on everyone we play. Fortunately the season shakes all this out.

It was more to illustrate how meaningless is than anything. However, LSU fans on here were really thumping their chests after the Clemson game. They are terrible. That is one thing we actually do know.
