You will see what LSU won when the next recruiting season comes around. LSU and Lane Kiffin and the Sate of Louisiana stood behind players that were being unjustly treated. They stood behind them so strongly it took the entire SEC to collude to stop it. LK showed over and beyond loyalty to two of his past players. And through all of this LSU put the best team in the country on the field this past Saturday. Looks like winning to me. LSU never needed the two players from the beginning. Gave up nothing and got to show the college football world how loyal Kiffin will be if you are one of his players and that the entire University and State are behind him.

Lane said from the beginning he would not roster these played if the SEC said not too. What do you not understand.

This keeps needing to be explained to y'all in metaphors so I'll try again.

Your city has a code that it's illegal to put up 15 foot corndog statues in your yard.

A resident sues the city saying it's his first amendment right to have a 15 foot corndog statue in his yard. Judge issues TRO until it's figured out in court.

You get excited by this legal development and purchase a 15 foot corndog statue.

Your HOA does not like this and holds a meeting. Everyone - Including you - votes to ban 15 foot corndog statues.

You say "I'll comply with the rules"

But every morning you open your garage door and polish the statue. You start making a spot in your yard for it.

Then you joke about putting the 15 foot corndog statue in your yard.

Everyone knows what you're doing.

This was a battle. The war is LSU putting the wheels in motion to leave this conference.

In the end, I still think Sankey gets fired or resigns. And I stand by it.

If Sankey is canned, then did LSU win?

The guy has coached one game and the fans think he is the next Saban

Nick Saban at age 50: 69 college wins.

Lane Kiffin at age 50: 117 college wins.

With what he's assembling at LSU, its not as far-fetched as you might think. If he retires at 72, he'd need about 8 wins a year to match Saban's win total.

One could argue had he stayed at Ole Miss last year, they would have won it all. He's certainly capable of winning championships.

You guys can hate him all you want. As a matter of fact, please keep it up. He thrives on it.

Geaux Tigers...to all others, STTDB!

I think if you want to survive in this conference sooner, you won't be a dickhead. Think more Mississippi state and South Carolina rather than the Mississippi mud sharks and Gumps.

Yeah, regardless of LSU, when the dust settles and the rest of the teams quit pearl clutching and realize what he wants to be able to do to them... He's gone.

Both party's attorneys agreed to a contiuance. There will eventually be a federal court date.

is where the teams on our schedule will be.

Sankey backed down, but only after he pissed off the monster that is coming to dominate the SEC.
