LSU fans suck at optics

Soon as the SEC rule comes across all of a sudden these LSU fans want to fight the SEC or push back on a decision their own president voted for just to get some depth players in football.
Would have been so easy to say:
But instead they want to fight.
As a native Louisianan it think it’s the local culture. Some people there run around with a chip on their shoulder looking for a reason to fight. Makes for good soldiers but terrible message board banter.

Except that doesn't hold up either. CBS (and a couple other national reporters) released today that Lane had been calling NFL guys to convince them to file this lawsuit.
So Lane solved a problem, that wasn't a problem, until he made it a problem.

I like seeing all of the hypocrisy. It's hilarious. It's been worth it watching all of yall dance around this shite for everyone else but not LSU.

Nah sometimes the Rant has elite banter.
And frankly LSU fans have a talent for it- LSU memers are legendary. We are on basically LSU Rant right now for a reason.
But online Tigers suck at the damage control so many online fanbases have. If this would have happened to Bama their fans who have been hedging it as a disgusting thing they had to do for all our sakes from the start. Us Aggies would have pivoted the moment the SEC tweet hit like we do with all of our gay bullshite. Tigers just wanna fight someone.
When like OU or FSU fans act bone headed about the way their team looks it’s understandable their fandom has been straight forward in their lives. But LSU has been a villain before, which makes this all disappointing.

Why was LSU getting most of the heat if many SEC programs planned to play with players just made ineligible?
