Lot of chatter that he's coming home and will be a part of the next Tennessee staff.

Great recruiter. Apparently a great person. Would hate to see him go.

I think he’s the most integral part of the staff from a non coaching standpoint. Hard pressed that he would actually leave.

Would be a major blow. He's a very highly valued member of the staff. Sharp and organized guy who works his arse off. Personally responsible for landing several big time players.

Lifelong Tennessee fan, born in Franklin TN, has a master's from UT, was an assistant to Monte Kiffin when he was at Tennessee.

It's not any stretch at all to think he'd come back.

Tennessee's coach is TBA and they're already trying to force part of the staff on him. Ridiculous.

It will be as director of football ops or something like that. His dad apparently is very high up on the VOLS totem pole

He's the best at what he does plus he can recruit. Would certainly suck to lose him

He and O are real close so y'all will have to come with a big offer to get him to leave

We don't pay him very well last I checked. So I don't think it would have to be a huge offer.

Then we don't like him and he sucks.

Seriously though, it would hurt and I also think it's possible.

What's the going rate for his position?

He makes $125k.

Given his reputation, I would think it’d be significantly higher than that.

Money won't be the issue, we rollin deep. It's just chatter at this point, no official offer yet.

Not sure this is true. He briefly went to USC before returning a few months later with a sizable pay bump and a new title.

I view him as LSU's GM. That kind of guy, but also with tremendous relationship skills with players/recruits. He's a "persuasion guy" and if we lost him it would be a huge blow.

Reading the responses, and seeing all you got are down votes....bring him to The Hill Currie! Ha

Soooo prep him to be the next AD in a decade or so seems to be the play here. I like the internal grooming of a UT guy approach.

It may not be. That was just last time I remember seeing it.
