Georgia is known for blocking field goals in championship games. That’s no fluke. Smith also made an interception when Clemson ran that exact play in our first game last year. We work on tip drills and Kirby emphasizes making plays on tipped balls. There’s no fluke there either.

Bumping this in three weeks doesn’t change that UGA’s secondary was shredded Saturday
If Kirby cared about stats, he would have played the second half the same way played the first half.

They’ve become as unjustifiably insecure as Alabama fans. Undefeated for 2 years and can’t stomach an ounce of criticism
One would think they were the 1985 Bears' defense by the way they are piling on. They cannot tolerate the slightest criticism.
Anyone with eyes could see LSU moved the ball against Georgia.

No you’re right. Georgia is the absolute best at playing balls bouncing off of the helmets of players laying on the ground. I can’t argue that.

It’s the same 5 UGA fans in every thread. It’s hilarious. If they play bad in one phase of a game, it’s because it was just part of the game plan. Been the case all season.
Bottom line, you’re not allowed to think your team did anything well in a game because they let you do it

Still smarting from that beat down I see. Were you the LSU guy kicking the hell out of the seat in front of him and screaming like a lunatic when Georgia ran that botched FG back. That guy in front of you was getting pretty mad and you were lucky he didn’t go after you. He was an LSU guy too and he looked to outweigh you or whoever this nerd was by at least 75 lbs.
Man, you LSU people need some anger management. I see that you and yours are still seething.

I expected to lose. I didn’t expect your secondary to suck, but it did

They are definitely beatable….if you take those 2 TE’s away.

If this was coming from anyone but you; I'd put some thought in it.
Here is how it will actually go down:
1) UGA is going to run roughshod through your siev defense.
2) Kirby will slow the game down and control the clock.
3) He will then allow his athletes on defense to force you to punt.
4) See number 1
5) repeat the cycle
Have fun wishcasting.
Even with 2 B10 teams in your conference ain't winning shite.

The myth of the Georgia Bulldog Defense was exposed by LSU in the SECCG. LSU put up over 500 Yards of total offense, actually outgaining Georgia.
If UGA leads 35-10 at Half, you can probably do the same

The key is to let them go up 30 points

If the game weren’t over at halftime, Georgia wouldn’t have passed 5 times in the second half.
Georgia still scored 15 more points while doing that.
If the offense goes conservative, why would the defense not do the same?
Why didn’t Jalen Carter stay in and carry the QB around a few more times?
Why play so many backups in the 4th? It’s not like we were going to the playoffs or anything. Should have just focused on stats.

Georgia's defense took a nap after they went up like 4 scores in the first half against LSU. The absolute worst thing OSU could do is feel like they've got the blueprint to beat UGA. The blueprint to beat UGA is to have a more physical team, and OSU does not have a more physical team. Good luck though i guess.
OSU just got stomped by UGA-lite (Michigan) , how are they going to fare against UGA?

I’ve read all these excuses already, many of which are factually untrue. Do you have any new material? Your defense had a bad game. It’s ok.

The shift in strategy, once we get a giant lead, should be obvious to knowledgeable football fans.

Amazing how much smarter people think they become when their team gets better

2 things can be true at the same time. In this case 3.
Yes Georgia Rushed 4, sometimes 3 in the second half, dropped 7 & 8 which was different than the first half. But they really didn’t bring pressure much in the first half which was surprising.. Which was odd. They clearly were concerned with Daniels legs.
Yes the secondary played like arse. Bad angles, bad eye discipline, missed assignments.
Yes LSU played well. LSU receivers are underrated. Daniels played well. Nues made some real baller throws, and looked great.
