Easy way to handle this is to make a rule for both men and women that the complete team will stand in front of their bench for the National Anthem. If not then they receive a DQ and are sent home.

Pretty much no college football team, including your beloved Crimson Tide, are on the field during the National Anthem. (This is true of my LSU Fighting Tigers as well).
