You should understand the story better before making a thread on this. There is a reason the NCAA hasn't done anything in regards to this.

It was a money laundering scheme. The OLOL guy would pay people for fake projects and they would send some of the money back to him. The Rohan stuff happened years after he left LSU.

Maybe if you read the article you would find out his family didnt receive any money before or while he was at LSU. Therefore, no NCAA violation was committed there.
IT's pretty simple here, the NCAA only cares what impermissible benefits are given to scholarship athletes or their families before or during their time at said school. They dont give a shite what happens after they leave school for obvious reasons.
