It is only appropriate that the 100th post in this thread commemorate those famous words of January 2012:

21-0.

The only BCSNC that wasn't the winner of it's division and conference or co-conference championship.

LSU: the only BCSNC runner up that was shut out in the championship game. Oooh, THAT had to sting!

Not more than the five losing seasons, 21 vacated wins and 5-9 record in the Iron Bowl.

I wouldn't trade the success LSU has had for that miserable period Bama had while LSU was building the dynasty your grandkids will have to deal with.

Bama has seen it's best days and will be no better than MSU when little Nicholas retires.

Until then we will all have to enjoy what has become one of the most popular games in CFB.

I think if you asked the exact same question, and made it so where Saban was still their coach, it would make it more interesting.

Nick Saban always used to say that the most efficient QB usually wins.
That mantra has held true in 87.5% of Bama's games this season.
Only West VA Clint Trickett (in a loss) and Bo Wallace (in a win) have been more efficient than Alabama's QBs.
Alabama's QBs have been more efficient than LSU's in 5 of 8 games.

In this century you have had Saban and Miles

We have had Dubose, Franchione, Price, Shula, and Saban

If you want to go back to the 90s or anytime before this is in our favor. If you want to go from us hiring Saban to now its in ours.

To answer the question I care more about national championships.

Going back to 1982, a span of 33 games, it's 17-15-1 in Alabama's favor. That's pretty even.

Forever processed since 1/9.

Florida hasn't even been involved in the sec football process of winning and fielding a competitive team. Pretty funny that coaches fake heart problems to get the frick out of that shithole. Lol...

" You can laugh but you can google dirtiest programs."

So you're accusing Alabama of cheating? Saban? If that's true and he coached at LSU? Well if you believe that well that means......

We by far DO NOT want to be bama. IF your stuck on NC, LSU has more in all sports than bama does!!!

Hell no, I would not trade, although I like CLM a lot. Which one would we have to give up, 21-0? I think I see what you did there.

The only thing bama has going for them is 2011 where they had to cheat to make it to the NC. You didn't do what you needed to in the regular season. Pathletic that bama uses cheating once again to mock their recent success.

Is saying 'u mad' a banable infraction these days? It's not?

You are.

What people seem to forget about Alabama football and the SEC is that Alabama was so dominant in the SEC in the 70's with no sign of slowing down, the rules were changed so that everyone else could compete. At that time scholarships were basically unlimited, it was fair and square because everyone could sign as many as they wanted to. Alabama took advantage of the fact that they had more kids that wanted to play there, Football was made a huge priority, and they had the money to make it happen. Wonder what would have happened, if the socialist approach of penalizing excellence had not been taken?

I made the OP knowing that not 1 Bama poster would "hypothetically" trade for the success that LSU has had this century.
I also know that no LSU fan would trade our success for the success of Bama if we had to endure 5 losing seasons, 21 vacated wins, 5-9 in the Iron Bowl and two losses in BCS bowls.

I really wanted more serious replies from fans of other SEC schools to see how many value winning NC's over anything else. I really believe Bama fans are alone in their obsession with winning NC's and can't believe that I had the audacity to imply that they would give up a NC to have a cleaner, more consistent program.
