Most SEC fans don't realize that LSU went 9-3 vs. Bama from 2000-2011.
Now you might say, why are you cherry picking just those 12 seasons? And there's a good answer to that. Because it's my thread and that's what I want to do.

And most SEC fans don't realize that during that time period, Alabama was crushed by NCAA sanctions...

• Scholarships: Lost 21 scholarships over 3 years.
• Other Penalties: 2-year bowl ban (2002 and 2003 seasons).

I have done this exercise before. Now for general interest look at Saban’s record in this series including both teams. He won like 85% of these games.
