the allegation that LSU sought out pro players to sue the NCAA and SEC.

advising someone to sue another is lawsuit worthy? if the lawsuit was thrown out i could see a case but the players won

Those aren't the allegations. You didn't read the complaint, did you?

"Defendants waged a deliberate and coordinated campaign to recruit professional athletes to play football for LSU during the 2026-27 season."

Who would LSU be able to schedule?

LSU could probably join the Big Ten tomorrow if they wanted to. It’s a massive brand that covers a large area of the country that a conference like the Big Ten would love to squeeze into.

They would have their pick of the conferences.

LSU wouldn’t be as bad off as you want. The SEC won’t be as well off as you think.

I don't see "and file suit against the SEC" anywhere in that quote, which is what you said. Maybe you can point it out to me.

And if the alleged wrongdoing is recruiting professional athletes, a few other schools may want to buckle up, because I promise LSU was not the only school recruiting these players. We already know that.

Have you looked at LSU's academics? B1G wouldn't even entertain a meeting. Especially when one of their largest brands just called you out for your antics

LSU would probably lose close to 40 million annually if it left the conference and went independent. It would destroy their brand

The Big 12 also outlawed rostering pro players.

Are they only rostered when the rosters are turned in to the SEC Office tomorrow? I didn't think anyone was "rostered" until the final roster is turned in.

I said it yesterday. Conference USA. It's the only place Kiffin can win a championship...
