If Ole Miss beats Vandy, State, UGA 2x, and Dayton we’d be 21-6 and probably get a 5-7 seed. Such a thin margin for error.

The real BS is Florida 14-9(9-7) a 7 seed lost in quarterfinals, LSU 18-9(11-6) 4 more wins, lost to 2 seed Bama by 1 point in conference championship 8 seed how??????

MSU has the 3 top 5 wins but overall I don't fully disagree.
LSU should be a 6 or 7. Also if they play up to their level of capability, they can give Michigan fits.

This is what happens when the selection committee watches your conference tournament and the announcers keep talking about football. The SEC consistently recruits more 5 star talent than any conference and has had 7 teams from 4 different schools in the last 10 Final Fours. Yet, we never get any respect because of how good football is. There were something like 10 top 50 recruits on the Bama and LSU rosters today.

Underseeding the SEC could lead to some intriguing games. I think Mizzou could give Gonzaga trouble. Same with LSU/Michigan
