It's close, but not the same. I would take LSU's RB, FS, and one of your Corners over Bama's players at same positions. That's probably it.

Bama has better QB, WR, TE, Oline, Dline, LB, etc

Alabama has a huge talent lead over LSU. 7 straight number 1 ranked recruiting classes heavily tips the talent to Bama. Yes LSU has talent just not to the degree Bama has. Just look at the QB position and OL.

Wrong

A. Not a rivalry in Alabama, only Louisiana.
B. The talent on your lines and LBers is not even close. Auburn and Florida are closer in those spots to Alabama than LSU.

C. How late were you up last pondering this while you stared at the ceiling?

As well it should. Nobody has recruited better players than Alabama in the last 7 years. Nobody has even come close over that span of time. For anybody to suggest otherwise is silly.

LSU is weak as frick on the offensive line and weak as frick on the defensive line

This is just bad, like real bad. Outside of Bama, we may have the best Oline/Dline combo in the SEC, top 5 for sure. Now the drop off between Bama and everyone else is just ridiculous

It is closer than almost every other school but it is not "basically the same"

Greg Gilmore starts for LSU. I'm not sure what's so funny.

Bama has more talent and does more with it. It isn't even close anymore.

Stahppppp. We lost 6 in a row. Get the frick over it. Lots of teams lose to bama. Our delusional fan base just won't accept the fact that bama is our dad.

this year that staff got fired

And we just hired Ed fricking Orgeron to replace "that staff"

The talent level is comparable, but Alabama brings in the #1 class every year at this point. LSU needed a home run hire and instead, our frickass AD hired the cheapest coach that nobody else in the fricking country wanted.

I expected L6U to continue and the streak goes on for a while longer.

Disagree I think the difference is Bama has better OL talent than LSU or at least they certainly perform better.

seven straight recruiting classes ranked #1, and its not even a blip on the NCAA radar...meanwhile, a #7 class and a #4 class in 5 years results in the longest investigation in NCAA history, currently 4 years going on 5. and it will go 4 more years if that's how long it takes to find enough to bury Ole Miss.

No.

Nobody has the talent level of Bama.

This thinking that we have the same talent as them and that we are just a coach away is false and is contributing to the madness of LSU fans.

Bame is on a different tier/plane than everyone else in the country talent wise.
