it a good thing for maneri too. he is EXPECTED to win the SEC; he is EXPECTED to host a regional and a super regional; he is EXPECTED to go to Omaha and is EXPECTED to win a fair amount of those games in Omaha and win an occasional NC.
the dude is under a lot of pressure, more than any other college baseball coach in the country. so far he's holding up well but only one NC in his tenure (9 or so yrs) is starting to wear thin.
but whatever, i'm damn glad to win another SEC Title.
