I didn't think this would be such a controversial post.
I thought I was stating the obvious regarding the irrational exuberance derived from beating an unranked team at home.

So, I suppose that means every fanbase whose team won on Saturday and celebrated the victory, regardless of whether the opponent was ranked or unranked. was being irrationally exuberant and delusional. Is that what you’re implying, or are you applying that standard specifically to LSU fans? Just trying to understand the distinction.

All fans do this, though LSU goes excessively over board after games like this.
Clemson is garbo but I think this is one of those times a blind squirrel actually found a nut. I think LSU is legit this year.

Hey, cut them some slack. LSU was 7-5 last year. Beating an unranked team is as good as it's gonna get for them this year.
