Not only was that NOT a late hit, it was a fumble before the UL player stepped out of bounds, recovered by State.

Um, that was a fumble. Wasn't a late hit. He was absolutely still in bounds. They didn't even talk about it. What the frick.

I could tell in real time from far away camera angle. The close up only confirmed it. These refs are pitiful.
