Watching highlights from our last game made me realize how pathetic the Tech fans can be. Sometimes it sounded like UGA was either at a neutral site or just playing in our own miniaturized stadium. No noise at all from Tech, even when the game was fresh and not out of hand yet.

Jan. 1st 1986....Superdome when UT kicked Miami's arse. My ears rang for 2 days afterwards.

I was there for that one. We took the Sugar Bowl Express (train from Memphis) down to NOLA for that one and it defy was loud as heck.

One of my favorite all-time games I've ever been to.

Been to a Wisconsin game night game vs Ohio State

That was probably one of the loudest I've been to (outside of Baton Rouge and Athens)

ETA: another underrated one, when we played a top 5 (wanna say they were 4th) ranked Ole Miss on Thursday night at Willy B.

Sanford Stadium the night Odell Thurman intercepted against Auburn and took it back 99 yards. That stadium moved 10 feet.

Last year, 2 games at Kyle had decibel level recordings and then published in the campus paper. Bama & USC. During the A&M-Bama game, it hit a decibel level of 126 during a blocked punt and the A&M-USC game hit 114 during a 4th quarter TD. By most fans and Kyle Field standards neither of these games ranked very high on the "loudest games list". Most of the readings were in the low 100s. The results also showed it got louder on 3rd downs and in the 4th quarter. Basically what you would expect.

I know the NCG got insanely loud after Tua's throw.

I know Jordan-Hare got insanely loud on the run back in 2013.

I've seen some loud moments, but not sure which ones were the loudest.

I would bet the Nebraska game in 2010, Oklahoma in 2002, and texas in 2011 would rank as our 3 loudest games in the last 30 years. Too bad they weren't measured as far as I know.

Keep in mind all those happened before the renovation which enclosed the stadium.

I would say Bama in 2013 was pretty damn nuts. The 99(?) yard TD pass to Evans to try and start a comeback was insanely loud. The problem with that game was the 230 start in Sept in Texas. What a stupid idea.

I will also throw in OU in 2010. We had several stops on 3rd and 4th down near the goal line. Each was ear-splitting.

Been to a bunch of games in my old life. Hundreds in JHS, a bunch in Athens, Tuscaloosa and even UF. I have not been to Tiger Stadium yet but have been to Clemson.

One of the loudest overall stadiums for me was The Swamp. It was fun and loud there. But, and I know this is not the question at hand, I have never heard any stadium get as loud as I did in 2013. After the big wins we had in 2010 and in the early 2000', I didnt think it could get louder but there is another level.

Loudest I've experienced was
1. Auburn at MSU (#2vs#3 i think 2014) the game was unwatchable on TV and deafening inside the stadium
2. MSU at LSU 2012
3. MSU at Bama 2012

I've heard A&M is the loudest. MsState's stadium is absurdly louder since we've bowled in one endzone. I don't always carry my cowbell because of it.
